Do you accept orders on-line?
We are currently unable to accept
orders on-line, but do accept orders by fax,
mail,
or email. Ordering by mail or email is
easy. Email us your order information
including
item size, color and weave pattern along with your
name and mailing
address, and credit card
information.
What
forms of payment to you accept?
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
orders by fax, by mail, and by
email. We accept
checks or money orders for mail orders only.
I
would like to send a gift - how should I do it?
Send
us an email or a note with the billing and
shipping addresses, and a message
for the
recipient of the gift. We will notify you when we
ship the package.
Will
I have to pay a sales tax on my order?
Virginia
residents are required to pay sales tax.
Residents of all other states will
not be charged
a sales tax.
What
are the shipping and handling charges?
All
our domestic shipping is done with FedEx. A
single item will be charged $6 and
two or more
items around $10. International customers will be
charged a $25 flat
fee regardless of how many
items are ordered.
Do
you accept international orders?
We
send our products to all corners of the planet.
Usually for non USA orders we
ship directly from
our workshop in Nepal by either FedEx or DHL. The
charge is a
flat $25 shipping fee. Deliveries
typically take between 5 and 7 days.
How
soon will I receive my order?
In-stock
items are shipped within 24 hours, pending payment
verification. These
orders will be received within
five days of ordering. Custom ordered items will
be
received within 7 to 14 days of ordering. For
a small additional fee this can be
reduced to 5
days.
Are
Pashmina items guaranteed?
We
are dedicated to making the highest-quality
pashmina products in the world.
However, if for
any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
please return it
within two weeks of receipt for
an exchange or a refund. Contact us for details.

Are
your prices competitive?
As
we manufacture all the items we sell, we are able
to keep our prices 30 to 40
percent lower than the
retail market for a similar superior product.
What
kind of fringe do your items have?
All
our pieces have the standard three-inch long
twisted and knotted fringe, unless
you specify
otherwise. We can also make a 3/4 inch open
fringe, or a base knot
fringe or we can finish the
ends with a satin silk binding.
I
would like an item in a color and size not offered
on this web site. Can you
make this item for me?
Yes we can. We can work from a
swatch sent to our Florida office or a Pantone
color from the Pantone Textile Guide.
How
can I match a color on this site to something in
my wardrobe or home?
Please send us a yarn or swatch.
How
should I care for my Pashmina?
Contrary
to popular belief, cashmere is easy to clean. Wash
it in warm water with
a good, natural shampoo. (We
use an Aveda shampoo in our factory.) During the
dyeing process, all items are kept in water for
between 30 to 60 minutes at a
temperature just
below boiling, and are washed twice more, so do
not fear washing
cashmere in water. Dry cleaning
will cause no harm. |
